S3707, ESC 1741 (1607). George II 1731 roses & plumes 6d. An unrecorded variety with 10 harp strings. Most examples have 7 strings to the harp with a small number having 8. Bull, in his recent revision of ESC lists 7 & 8 harp strings, but not 10. I have been unable to locate any other examples of this variety. Presumably very rare.
A pleasing old tone with light general wear.
